The Next Set of Room Analyzers

Now that I had my Hashtable fully integrated into the Room Analyzers for Vertical Primary Hallway instances I needed to set my sights on writing the Room Analyzers for Horizontal Primary Hallways. This would be a whole new set of code specifically geared a different type of House build.

At first I thought it was going to take a long time a be an inordinate amount of drudgery, but it turns out it went fairly smooth and I was able to lay it all out within a couple of hours. Of course, it has to be said that it didn’t exactly work quite right when I fired it off to test it but you have to expect that. Still, how sweet would that have been if it did work correctly the first time after sitting and cranking out that amount of code in one sit? The part that made me really happy was the fact that I didn’t have any compiler errors and I was actually able to run it on the first go.

Given how light the errors seem to be upon looking at it I have no doubt that it will be an easy clean-up tomorrow and I will be able to pursue other things to help get things moving ever forward.
