What was learned today:

  • How to place GameObjects as decorations and modify them for size and placement
  • Customize the way that Unity renders your Sprites by changing the Sort Point and Pivot so that they pass in front of or behind GameObjects as appropriate
  • Reuse GameObjects by creating Prefabs
testing Sort Points and Pivot settings to properly show the depth
